The focus of my professional activity is helping leaders be more effective and at the same time experience more well-being. At the heart of this personal growth process is coaching, which can be a stand-alone service or as part of a development initiative which can include other elements, such as training and asessments. Executive Coaching Working one-on-one with men and women with high levels of responsibility in their organizations. This service offers executives a supportive, objective outside partner who will help them manage their leadership challenges and achieve the goals they set for themselves and their company. Professional skills training Active, experiential workshops which help to understand and practice skills important for today's leader, such as interpersonal communication, conflict management, coaching others, time management, negotiation, creativity, and public speaking. MBTI workshops The Myer-Briggs Type indicator is a great tool to use for helping people understand themselves and others better. Used in a team context, the MBTI offers quickly offers unique insights into the strengths and challenges of that particular team, as well as a framework for working out the team they would like to become. Assessments The best place to start a professional development process is to have lots of useful information about where a person is at, which is why they are often used as at the beginning of coaching relationship. However, some organizations or individuals may want to use them for their own purposes. In these cases, the administration and feedback of these tools can be offered as a stand-alone service.
